Access- and object probe for the ascertainment of protection of persons against access to dangerous parts and also against access with a tool. Additionally the probe can be used for the assessment of the degree of protection of enclosures against the intrusion of solid particles ≥ 2,5 mm.
The probe has a 100 mm long, sharpened metal test bar Ø 2,5 mm and a stop surface of Ø 35 mm.
The handle and the stop surface are made of plastic. For contact- and continuity checks it has an integrated 4 mm receptacle which is conductively connected to the test bar.

Basic Introduction:

1, According to: IEC61032:1997/IEC60529:2001 AND UL

2, IP3X Test Probe C ( Test Probe C)  is the necessary tool to proceed protecting electric shock test of household and similar electrical appliances.

Application:

1, Standard test refers to the joint part can't touch the live parts or close to the dangerous parts, and 35mm circular baffle can not be enter .

2, In the test requirement for preventing access to the hazardous parts,  Test Probe C/D need to be with push force 3±0.3N or 1±0.1N

Purpose:

This probe is intended to verify the basic protection against access to hazardous parts. It's also used to verify the protection against access with a tool.

For the without force products,please use with the dynamometer.
